How to Exercise Your Rights
Option 1: Email Us
Send your request to: privacy@tgmpanel.com
Include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Type of request (access, deletion, correction, etc.)
- Any relevant details
Option 2: In-App / Website
- Account deletion: Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Profile correction: Settings > Profile
- Privacy settings: Settings > Privacy
Response Time

If we need more time: We will inform you within the initial response period (30 days for GDPR, 45 days for CCPA), explaining the reason for the delay.
Identity Verification
To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before processing requests. This typically involves confirming your email address.
If we cannot verify your identity based on the email address provided, we will contact you to request additional verification. We will not reject a request solely because we cannot verify identity — we will work with you to find a reasonable verification method.

If you're in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:
